I want to start out by saying that I have beauty product sucker written all over me like the wall of a New York subway station sooooo it's no shock that when Dior's new mascara Dior Show 360 came out I was priority shipping mine asap from Sephora. It's not available where I live so that made me want it even more. I HAVE TO HAVE IT!!! I didn't care that it cost $44.00 Noooo it promises to lengthen and curl my lashes like they have never been curled before. It's so high tech that the brush spins with a turn of the button. Oh yes my friends I did say "it SPINS!!!" I was waiting every day at the door looking for my trusted post man to bring me my spinning bottle of eyelash perfection. I had dreams of people being mesmerized by my perfect butterfly like batting lashes. People would stop me and ask..."Were you born with those thick long perfectly curved unbelievably amazing lashes???" OK I know I am getting a little overly dramatic but truly if we believe all the beauty hype which totally does work...after all I did say I was a sucker right? This is a very nice mascara AND having a rotating wand is quite fun and different BUT my lashes aren't any longer than the $10 mascara and I don't have people stopping me entranced by my lush long luxurious lashes. I have always and will always fall for the newest and latest beauty item because I am that person that is pulled in by the pretty packaging and claims to make my skin look like it did when I was twelve. Don't judge me. It could happen one day when I am cryogenically frozen with Walt Disney maybe.... but if you are by chance a little less gullible than I am then I would pass up this mascara and keep on the look out for the fountain of youth... but don't forget to email me when you find it Pleeaase! Cryogenics isn't my first choice.
So for my Ask Aimee review I give this a lash spinning 2.5 Stars. It's way to expensive but it is a nice mascara and if price is not a concern then go for it.
